Bryan Charles Kocis in a nutshell

In order to understand The Piece of Shit that was Bryan Charles Kocis, there are a couple of things you first need to know:

1. The only state in the United States that has decriminalized the production of porn is California. And,

2. Essentially, except for some counties in Nevada, it is illegaly to contract for sex. Contracting for Sex is called prostitution.  Prostitution is illegal in most of America. As a result of prostitution being illegal, contracts to perform in porn are not recognized as valid contracts.

With the above in mind, when Piece of Shit Bryan Kocis' burning headless corpse was found by firefighters, that fucker had been:

1. Arrested for having sex with and filming himself having sex with a 15 year old boy,

2. He was operating a gay porn production studio out of the basement of a residential house in a county and state where porn had NOT been decriminalized. AND,

3. Bryan Kocis had filed a lawsuit in federal court seeking, more or less, to enforce a fuck contract he had with model Sean Lockhart (aka Sean Paul Lockhart aka Brent Corrigan).

The Delaware Limited Liability Company Kocis used to sue Lockhart didn't even exist when Kocis paid Lockhart to perform in porn videos.

EVENTUALLY, The Retards of Luzerne County Pennsylvania finally got wise to the fact that “something wasn't right about the way the Luzerne County Court was operating" but, only after Federal Prosecutors started indicting Luzerne County Judges.

One Former President Judge of Luzerne County Court has plead guilty to RACKETEERING and another former President Judge is currently on trial, all in re The Infamous Kids For Cash Scandal (i.e., Luzerne County Juvenile Court sending kids to detention in a private facility in return for kickbacks from the owner of the facility).

Anybody, especially someone with a fucking law degree, should have been able to see that something in Luzerne County wasn't right simply by noticing that Bryan Kocis was operating Cobra Video out of the basement of a residential house when the production of porn had not been decriminalized in The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

You have to wonder how The Lawyers of the Luzerne County District Attorney's Office rationalize the fact that, DURING THEIR WATCH:

1. a man found having sex with a 15 year old boy was operating a gay porn production studio out of the basement of a residential house in a state where porn had not been decriminalized.  And,

2.  The Luzerne County Court System was being run like A Racketeering Enterprise.

It is fucking insane that The President Judge of a Court System could plead guilty to running that court system like a Racketeering Enterprise and The Prosectuors before that Court System get away by claiming IGNORANCE.  The definition of "A Racketeering Enterprise" is "an organized GROUP OF PEOPLE engaged in A PATTERN OF FRAUD".  So far in Luzerne County, ONE MAN has plead guilty to racketeering charges.  ONE MAN can't be a racketeering enterprise.  The US Attorney has to be fully aware of the fact that RACKETEERING ENTERPRISE by definition is AN ORGANIZED GROUP OF PEOPLE.

The Right To Bear Arms

A lot of people may not realize that The Right To Bear Arms DID NOT arise as a result of the founding fathers' desire to enable the citizens of The United States to go hunting.  The Right to Bear Arms arose as To Protect The Citizens of The United States Against A Government Out of Control.  The Thinking in Congress on The Right To Bear Arms was that An Armed Citizenry is the Ultimate Check Against A Government Out of Control.  

Is there a more perfect example of a government out of control than Luzerne County Pennsylvania?
